Abstract:
A needling apparatus, relating to the technical field of graphite product processing. The present invention comprises: a needling assembly (200), a bracket (300), a base (400), and a bearing frame (500); the base (400) is arranged within the bearing frame (500), the base (400) being used for bearing a preform (100); a guide rail (31) is arranged on the bracket (300); the needling assembly (200) is slidably connected to the bracket (300) and can slide along the guide rail (31), needling the preform (100); the needling assembly (200) conducts relatively comprehensive needling work on a circular arc surface (12) of the preform (100), and the depth and density of the needling of the circular arc surface (12) of the preform (100) by the needling assembly (200) is relatively even, avoiding deformation or stratification of the preform (100) during the deposition process, increasing the processing quality of the preform (100); moreover, the needling assembly (200) automatically performs needling work, is fast, and has high processing efficiency.
