Abstract:
The present application relates to a negative electrode active material, an electrochemical device, and an electronic device. The negative electrode active material comprises silicon-oxygen particles and a silicon-oxygen-carbon layer located on the surfaces of the silicon-oxygen particles, wherein the silicon-oxygen-carbon layer comprises silicon-oxygen-carbon composite particles. The negative electrode active material is used for an electrochemical device and can significantly improve the cycle performance.
