Abstract:
Provided is a negative electrode active material having high capacity and good cycle and rate characteristics. Also provided are a secondary battery comprising the negative electrode active material, and an electronic apparatus comprising the secondary battery. Nano-silicon is mixed with a solid electrolyte comprising lithium, titanium, phosphorus and oxygen, and graphene oxide is further added thereto. Thereafter, the graphene oxide contained in the mixture is reduced by using ethanol in which ascorbic acid and lithium hydroxide hydrate have been dissolved, thereby producing the negative electrode active material. The solid electrolyte may further contain aluminum.
