Abstract:
The present invention relates to a lithium secondary battery negative electrode in which lithium precipitation is suppressed, and a lithium secondary battery comprising same, wherein the negative electrode has an excellent lithium precipitation suppression effect at the end of a negative active layer during charging and discharging of the secondary battery, due to the orientation of a carbon-based active material included in a first area of the negative electrode active layer being high, and thus a lithium secondary battery comprising the negative electrode is very safe and can be charged and discharged for a long time under high rate conditions.
