Abstract:
Provided is an all-solid-state battery which has achieved low resistance and good cycle characteristics by using a negative electrode material that has a high potential corresponding to a solid electrolyte that has high ion conductivity. The present invention is based on the finding such that charge and discharge at a potential of Li vs 2.0 V or higher, at which LATP is reduced, become possible by using Li1+x+y+2zAzMxT2-x-zP3-ySiyO12 (wherein x = 0.1-1.0, y = 0-0.5, z = 0-0.2; A represents one or more elements selected from among Mg and Ca; M represents one or more elements selected from among Fe, Mn, Co, Ni, Cr, Y, Sc, Al and V; and T represents one or more elements selected from among Ti, Zr, Ge and Sn) as a negative electrode material that is used in an all-solid-state battery.
