Abstract:
The present application provides a negative electrode material, an electrode piece comprising same, an electrochemical device, and an electronic device. The negative electrode material comprises silicon-based particles and SiOC present on the surfaces of the silicon-based particles, and the atomic ratio of Si, O, and C in SiOC is 1:0.5 to 5:0.5 to 10. According to the present application, the surface circulation stability of the negative electrode material can be significantly improved in the volume expansion and contraction process, thereby reducing by-product accumulation, so that the electrochemical device using the negative electrode piece has good circulation stability and good volume expansion performance.
