Abstract:
Provided is a negative heel fitness shoe that relates to the field of daily necessities. The sole of the shoe is high in the front and low in the back, so that a forefoot portion of the foot is higher than a heel portion when the wearer stands on a horizontal surface. In this way, the center of gravity of the human body is forced to move backwards to the inner rear end of the foot such that lower back muscle strains are readjusted and the spine naturally straightens out. Stride length during running can be increased to facilitate fast running and high jumping.
