Abstract:
A negative ion silicone rubber composition substantially consisted of negative
ion powder and silicone rubber is provided. A method for preparing the said composition
including mixing the negative ion powder and silicone rubber is provided. A negative
ion coating composed mainly of the said negative ion silicone rubber composition
and silicone rubber, and the content of the negative ion powder in the coating
is 5 - 30 wt. % is provided. A method for preparing the said negative ion coating
including preparing the said negative ion silicone rubber composition, adding
the prepared composition into a liquid silicone rubber solution, then adding
Pt and optional assist reagents, and then mixing them to form a coating by conventional
method is provided. A method for preparing negative ion product including preparing
the said negative ion silicone rubber composition, adding the prepared composition
to silicone rubber, adding a curing agent and optional reagents, then machine-shaping
by conventional method, and post-treating by conventional method is provided.
Use of the said negative ion coating in preparing negative ion product comprising
coating the said negative ion coating onto molded product is provided, and the
said product is negative ion underwear, quilt, cloth, cap, air conditioning
tuyere plate or water disposal device.
