Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of achieving: a cured film which has high sensitivity, excellent heat resistance and excellent light blocking properties, while being capable of suppressing the generation of a development residue due to a pigment; and a negative photosensitive resin composition which forms this cured film. A main purpose of the present invention is to achieve a negative photosensitive resin composition which contains (A) an alkali soluble resin, (B) a radially polymerizable compound, (C) a photopolymerization initiator and (Da) a black pigment, and which is configured such that: the alkali soluble resin (A) contains one or more substances selected from among (A1-1) polyimides, (A1-2) polyimide precursors, (A1-3) polybenzoxazoles and (A1-4) polybenzoxazole precursors; the photopolymerization initiator (C) contains at least (C1) an oxime ester photopolymerization initiator and (C2) an α-hydroxy ketone photopolymerization initiator; the content ratio of the oxime ester photopolymerization initiator (C1) in the photopolymerization initiator (C) is 51-95% by mass; and the content ratio of the black pigment (Da) in the total solid content of the negative photosensitive resin composition is 5-50% by mass. Another main purpose of the present invention is to use this negative photosensitive resin composition.
