Abstract:
A negative Poisson's ratio rotary enlarged square perforated plate array anchor rod device, which belongs to the technical field of anchor rod supports of slope engineering. One end of an anchor rod body (9) sequentially passes through a retaining structure (8), a pedestal (7) and an anchor device (6), and the other end of the anchor rod body passes through an anchor device fixing plate (12) and is hinged to a negative Poisson's ratio enlarged perforated plate array anchoring structure; and one end of the negative Poisson's ratio enlarged perforated plate array anchoring structure is hinged to a displacement suppressor (13). When primary anchoring fails, the negative Poisson's ratio enlarged perforated plate array anchoring structure is slowly unfolded after being subjected to a tensile force, such that both a ring-tension expansion resistance increasing effect and a ring-compression contraction resistance reducing effect of a free section are achieved, which is a two-stage anchoring effect. The negative Poisson's ratio rotary enlarged square perforated plate array anchor rod device is suitable for soil slope support, underground engineering, tunnel engineering, etc.; on the basis of maintaining the use of a rigid anchor rod, the advantages of a flexible anchor rod are also achieved, i.e., an anchoring force is reliably classified and easy to adjust and supplement, and is easy to recycle and reuse; and high creep resistance is achieved, an anchoring effect is not affected by a gap in a soil body, and the anchor rod is high in integral strength and is wear-resistant.
