Abstract:
Disclosed are a negative-pressure reverse-combustion device for oil pollutants and an oil recovery method. The negative-pressure reverse-combustion device is composed of a negative-pressure reverse-combustion reaction furnace, a negative-pressure fan system, a circulating pump (10) and a pipeline system thereof, and a cooling system, wherein the negative-pressure reverse-combustion reaction furnace comprises a furnace body (1), an air inlet (2), an infrared thermal-radiation heating member (3) and a combustion bearing plate (6), the air inlet (2) is arranged at the top portion of the furnace body (1), the infrared thermal-radiation heating member (3) is mounted on the upper portion in the furnace body, the combustion bearing plate (6) is provided with a hole, the combustion bearing plate (6) is mounted on the lower portion in the furnace body (1), a reflecting member (4) is mounted at a distance of 400 mm from the upper portion of the infrared thermal-radiation heating member (3), the cooling system includes a cooling area, the circulating pump (10), a circulating pipe (11) and an air-cooled heat exchanger (8), the cooling area is connected to the bottom portion of the negative-pressure reverse-combustion reaction furnace, a side wall of the cooling area is provided with a negative-pressure extraction port (12), an oil discharge port (13) and a water discharge port (14) from top to bottom, and the lower portion of the water discharge port (14) is connected to the circulating pump (10) by means of the circulating pipe (11), and then connected to the air-cooled heat exchanger (8) by means of the the circulating pipe (11). The oil recovery method achieves oil recovery by means of the steps of sorting and granulating, filling a negative-pressure reverse-combustion reaction furnace body (1), starting spontaneous reverse-combustion after ignition, and finally cooling and separating. By using the device and the method, the oil recovery rate reaches 60% or more.
