Abstract:
This negative pressure type booster device 100 is provided with: a hollow booster shell 110; a movable separating wall 120 partitioning the inside of the booster shell 110; and a tie rod bolt 114 penetrating hermetically through the booster shell 110 and the movable separating wall 120. The tie rod bolt 114 includes an enlarged diameter portion 114a having a diameter which is enlarged in such a way as to face an inner surface 111b of the booster shell 110. The negative pressure type booster device 100 is provided with an annular seal portion 119 which is interposed between the inner surface 111b of the booster shell 110 and the enlarged diameter portion 114a of the tie rod bolt 114, undergoes plastic deformation by being clamped between the inner surface 111b and the enlarged diameter portion 114a by a nut of a master cylinder being tightened, and thereby comes into intimate contact with the inner surface 111b and the enlarged diameter portion 114a.
