Abstract:
A negative voltage generation circuit 200 has: a first direct current voltage source 201 wherein a positive electrode end is connected to a first node N1 (Vin); a first diode 201 wherein the cathode is connected to a negative electrode end of the first direct current voltage source 201, and the anode is connected to an output end (fourth node N4) of a first negative voltage VC1; and a first capacitor 204 wherein a first end is connected to the output end of the first negative voltage VC1, and a second end is connected to a second node N2 (Vs_high). The first negative voltage VC1 is supplied to a first driver 20 that performs switching control of a first NMOSFET 11 (first switch element) connected between the first node N1 (Vin) and the second node N2 (Vs_high).
