Abstract:
Disclosed are a nematicide containing a lactone ring, and a preparation method and a use thereof, where the nematicide comprises hydrogen, cyano, fluorine, chlorine, bromine, an alkyl containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms, an alkoxy containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkoxyphenyl, an alkoxy containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms and a hydrogen atom on the carbon atom substituted by one or more chlorine atoms, an alkoxy containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms and a hydrogen atom on the carbon atom substituted by one or more fluorine atoms, nitro or amino; and R6 is selected from hydrogen, fluorine and chlorine. The invention has a good control effect on eggs and the second-stage juveniles of root-knot nematodes, and in particular can fully inhibit the hatching of cucumber, tomato, tobacco, soybean and other root-knot nematode eggs; during use over a long period of time, pests do not produce antibodies against the nematicide of the present invention, and same has a good nematicidal effect; also provided in the invention is a method for preparing the nematicide containing the lactone ring, wherein the preparation method has few steps and the process is easy to operate, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production.
