Abstract:
The present invention provides a slotted neodymium-iron-boron magnet. The slotted neodymium-iron-boron magnet comprises a neodymium-iron-boron magnetic square magnet which is not subjected to permeation treatment; and a slot formed in the surface of the neodymium-iron-boron magnetic square magnet, a heavy rare earth paste being provided in the slot. According to the neodymium-iron-boron magnetic square magnet having a slotted structure designed in the present invention, the slotted position is flexible and changeable, the operation is easy, and the performance requirements of all parts are met to be applied to different products. Moreover, according to the present invention, the slotted position can be reasonably selected according to requirements, such that the magnetic performance at different positions is improved, the high-speed operation of a motor is greatly helped to improve the torque output capability and reduce the loss, the eddy current loss of magnetic steel is reduced, the efficiency of the motor is improved, and the temperature rise of a rotor is improved. In addition, according to the present invention, diffusion treatment is further performed on the slotted neodymium-iron-boron magnetic steel which is not subjected to permeation diffusion treatment, such that the use amount of a heavy rare earth diffusion source is decreased, and the cost of the motor is reduced.
