Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a neodymium-iron-boron magnet material and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The neodymium-iron-boron magnet material of the present invention comprises a nanocrystalline Cu-rich phase located in an intergranular triangular area, the element composition of the nanocrystalline Cu-rich phase and the atomic ratio of the nanocrystalline Cu-rich phase being Tm:Re:Cu:Ga=(1-20):(20-55):(25-70):(1-15), and the volume ratio of the nanocrystalline Cu-rich phase to the intergranular triangular area being 4-12%, wherein Tm comprises Fe and/or Co, and Re is a rare earth element. According to the neodymium-iron-boron magnet material of the present invention, the intrinsic coercive force can be improved when heavy rare earth is not used or rarely used, the cost is reduced, and meanwhile, relatively high residual magnetism, magnetic energy product and squareness performance are kept.
