Title:
NET-SHAPED STRUCTURE HAVING EXCELLENT COMPRESSION DURABILITY
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/050134
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a net-shaped structure having low repeated compression residual strain, high hardness retention after repeated compression, and excellent repeated compression durability. The present invention is a three-dimensional random-loop-bonded structure obtained by causing a continuous linear body having a fineness of 100 detex to 60,000 dtex to meander and form random loops, the continuous linear body comprising at least one thermoplastic elastic resin selected from the group consisting of a polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, a polyurethane thermoplastic elastomer, and a polyamide thermoplastic elastomer, and then bringing the loops into contact with each other in a molten state, the net-shaped structure having an apparent density of 0.005 g/cm3 to 0.20 g/cm3, the 50% constant displacement repeated compression residual strain thereof being 15% or less, and the 50% hardness retention during compression after 50% constant repeated compression being 85% or more.
