Abstract:
An access request device (40) does not make a request directly to an authentication device (10). The access request device (40) asks a proxy request device (30) to request the authentication device (10) with its authentication data. In response to this, the authentication device (10) distributes access control data based on the authentication result to an access control device (20). After the access request device (40) as an information terminal outside jurisdiction makes an access request to the proxy request device (30) as an information terminal under jurisdiction and processes of the proxy request device (30), the access control device (20), and the authentication device (10) are executed, control of the access control device (20) for an access to a network from the access request device (40) is changed, and the access request device (40) can access the network.
