The present application relates to the technical field of communications, and discloses a network access point control method, a related device, and a system. In the network access point control method provided by the present application, a network access point may be controlled to enter a wake-up state or a sleep state according to location information and/or business information of a terminal device. Thus, when the terminal device has no business requirement, the corresponding network access point is enabled to be in a sleep state to reduce energy consumption, and when the terminal device has a business requirement, the corresponding network access point can also be woken up in a timely fashion to ensure to provide a service, to the terminal device, which satisfies the business requirement thereof, thereby ensuring the quality of service of a communication network.
