Abstract:
The present invention relates to a network access printing system capable of outputting a designated file, which is stored in a mobile terminal or stored so as to be browsable through the mobile terminal, by using a printer installed in a public place or a commercial facility. The present invention provides a network access printing system, comprising: a management server for providing a web page; a set-top box to which a management number is assigned and to which the management server is connected through a wired or wireless communication means; a printer connected to the set-top box through the wired or wireless communication means; and a mobile terminal capable of accessing the web page through the Internet network, wherein the management server receives, from the mobile terminal, set-top box designation information and transmits the received set-top box designation information to a designated set-top box so as to connect the mobile terminal to the designated set-top box through the medium of the web page, the management server provides, to the mobile terminal through the web page, output determination information produced on the basis of information collected by the printer to which the designated set-top box is connected, and the mobile terminal transmits, to the designated set-top box, an output instruction for the designated file transmitted through the web page so as to allow the set-top box to convert the designated file into spool data in response to the output instruction and transmit the spool data to the connected printer, such that a printing operation is performed by the printer.
