Abstract:
A network call center system, a call process method, a route proxy and a route center
are provided in the radio communication field that can effectively debase the
load of NIRC. In the present invention, at least two NRPSs are connected to one
NIRC, NIRC transmits downwards the related configuration of each call center
in the domain managed by the NRPS to the connected NRPS. NRPS connects with each
call center in the domain managed by the NRPS, NRPS processes the request initiated
by the call center in the managed domain according to the obtained related configuration.
When the call center that satisfies the request of the network route exists in
the domain of NRPS, the network route request is processed by NRPS; when the call
center that satisfies the request of the network route does not exist in the domain
of NRPS, the network route request is transmitted to NIRC once more, the call center
that satisfies the request of the network route is obtained by NIRC through other
connected NRPSs.
