Abstract:
An element construction unit (13) is configured so as to: compare a threshold value with output values that are obtained from one or more elements included in an intermediate layer (2) and that are calculated by an output value calculation unit (12); maintain the number of elements included in the intermediate layer (2) when one of the output values obtained from the one or more elements included in the intermediate layer (2) is larger than the threshold value; and increase the number of elements included in the intermediate layer (2) when all the output values obtained from the one or more elements included in the intermediate layer (2) are equal to or lower than the threshold value.
