Abstract:
A communication terminal sends a position registration/attach request to a network
controller. The network controller performs position registration in a mobility
managing device in response to the received position registration/attach request,
sends a user registration request to a session controller, performs user registration
and authentication, and sends the results of the position registration and the
user registration to the communication terminal. With this, means for integrally
managing control information is provided, registration in cooperation between
the layers are realized, the processing procedures of and the processing load
on the communication terminal at the start of communication can be reduced, and
thereby a network controller and so forth realizing alleviation of connection
delay can be provided.
