Abstract:
An eNB (200) sets a discovery resource which is a radio resource used to transmit and receive a discovery signal for performing D2D communication. The eNB (200) controls the amount (time length) of the discovery resource on the basis of information relating to UE (100) located in an object area that is an area in which the discovery resource is to be set.
