Abstract:

Provided are a network diagnosis processing method and device. The network diagnosis processing method of the present invention comprises: receiving, by a source end of a first network tunnel, a network diagnosis instruction sent by an instruction centre at a first network layer; sending, by the source end of the first network tunnel, a diagnosis message to a first network layer at an opposite end of the first network tunnel and a second network layer at the source end of the first network tunnel at the first network layer, wherein the diagnosis message carries feature information so that the opposite end of the first network tunnel reports a diagnosis result containing the feature information to the instruction centre at the first network layer; and sending, by the source end of the first network tunnel, the diagnosis message to the second network layer at the opposite end of the first network tunnel at the second network layer, so that the opposite end of the first network tunnel reports the diagnosis result containing the feature information to the instruction centre at the second network layer. The embodiments of the present invention solve the problems of low efficiency and low accuracy in the process of processing, analysing and associating diagnosis results among various network levels or various network management domains.
