A network element configuration method, a service configuration method, a network element, and a storage medium, the network element configuration method comprising: acquiring trigger information, and initiating a service process according to the trigger information (S110); acquiring an object identifier, the object identifier belonging to a service object of the service process (S120); and transmitting the object identifier to a target network element by means of information exchange for the service process, the target network element in the service process being located downstream of an AMF (S130).
