Abstract:
According to the present invention, a state detection unit (23) compares an intended connection and an immediately preceding connection on the basis of the identifier of a received packet and, when the intended connection is the same as the immediately preceding connection, detects the post-transition state of the intended connection on the basis of a control flag of the received packet and the pre-transition state of the intended connection detected immediately before. A connection count unit (24) increases/decreases the number of intended connections only when the post-transition state indicates the start or termination of the intended connection. This makes it possible to count the number of connections in real time on the basis of a received packet without requiring a large resource.
