Abstract:

Disclosed in embodiments of the present invention are a network quality determining method and apparatus, and a storage medium. The method comprises: when experience quality indicated by a user experience indicator of a target user in a first time period is lower than experience quality indicated by a user experience indicator threshold, determining a second parameter value of a network KPI parameter of the target user in a home network in a second time period by means of a first parameter value of the network KPI parameter of the target user collected by a collection device in a carrier network in the second time period; comparing network quality indicated by the second parameter value of the network KPI parameter with network quality indicated by a first threshold corresponding to the network KPI parameter in the home network; and when the network quality indicated by the second parameter value of the network KPI parameter is lower than the network quality indicated by the first threshold, determining that the quality of the home network is poor. By means of the embodiments of the present invention, the problem of failure to accurately analyze the quality of the home network due to the difficulty in deploying probes in terminals of users can be resolved.
