Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a network system capable of easily ensuring the quality of a network service and optimizing the throughput of the system overall, a network control method, a control device, and an operation management device. [Solution] A network control device (12) for controlling a network that has a multilayer configuration, storing an operation policy that has control conditions set therein, setting a first layer path for providing a first layer with a virtual network function of one network service, monitoring whether or not the network service of the first layer satisfies the operation policy control conditions, changing the settings of a packet header so as to switch the first layer path at an endpoint of the network service according to the monitoring results, and changing a lower second layer resource according to the change in the packet header settings.
