Abstract:

Disclosed are a network telephone processing method and a related network device, which are used for improving the overall efficiency of a network telephone system and reducing set-up costs. A network telephone processing method, comprising: a calling access network element detects an off-hook event; the calling access network element encapsulates the off-hook event as first signalling; the calling access network element sends the first signalling to a cloud server, wherein the first signalling is used for the cloud server to create session management and media management; the calling access network element receives second signalling sent by the cloud server, wherein the second signalling is used for establishing a first transmission channel between the calling access network element and the cloud server, and the first transmission channel is used for transmitting data between the calling access network element and the cloud server; and the calling access network element establishes the first transmission channel according to the second signalling. Further provided is a related network device. By means of the embodiments of the present application, the overall efficiency of the network telephone system can be improved, and set-up costs are reduced
