Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a networked control method, based on a source-network-load-storage networked cloud decision control system platform, for primary frequency modulation of a new energy power station, the method comprising: determining an estimated value of primary frequency modulation of each power generation unit of a new energy power station according to historical operation data of the new energy power station; according to the estimated value of the primary frequency modulation and on the basis of an inverter active power model, determining an optimal control sequence of an inverter of each power generation unit for each time period, wherein the optimal control sequence comprises a plurality of control quantities of the active power of the inverter; marking the optimal control sequence of each time period with a time scale, and sending same to an execution apparatus of each power generation unit according to the time period, and the execution apparatus of each power generation unit receiving the optimal control sequence, and determining, according to the time scale, whether to store the optimal control sequence or not; and the execution apparatus of each power generation unit determining control quantities for execution according to the received and stored optimal control sequences and the time scale thereof. By means of the present invention, the problem of poor accuracy of primary frequency modulation caused by the power uncertainty and fluctuations of new energy power generation is solved.
