Abstract:
A neural network computing chip and a computing method. The computing chip comprises a translation circuit and a computing circuit. After input data is processed by the translation circuit, the value of each element of the data input to the computing circuit is not a negative number, so as to satisfy the restriction condition for the value of the input data in the computing circuit, so that the computing result can be obtained simply by performing computing once instead of computing twice. Therefore, the computing efficiency of a neural network is improved, and the delay of the neural network operation is reduced.
