Abstract:
The present invention relates to a neuromorphic device, which is an electronic device that mimics the structure and functions of the human nervous system which performs high-order functions such as cognition, memory, learning, calculation, and reasoning, wherein the neuromorphic device according to the present invention relates to a neuromorphic device comprising a self-assembled structure, particularly a nanopattern corresponding to a self-assembled structure of a block copolymer, and in which synapses are connected in parallel and randomly located, and synaptic expression occurs stochastically so as to realize neurological characteristics.
