Abstract:
A neutralizing antibody period reading and measurement method based on a rapid screening test strip, comprising the steps of: step one (200): providing a screening test strip (20), having a screening test strip reaction area (21), wherein the screening test strip reaction area (21) can produce chemical reactions on a plurality of specific specimens, and change the color of a test line in the screening test strip reaction area (21) and a reflection spectrum signal of the test line; step two (300): using a screening test strip reading system (40) to read the color of the test line in the screening test strip reaction area (21) and the reflection spectrum signal of the test line; step three (400): further using an optical analysis unit (30) to analyze the reflection spectrum signal of the test line in the screening test strip reaction area (21) received by the screening test strip reading system (40); step four (500): when the optical analysis unit (30) analyzes the reflection spectrum signal detected by the screening test strip reading system (40), the reflection spectrum signal being subjected to computing operation by means of the optical analysis unit (30) to obtain a neutralizing antibody coefficient NAB, and using the neutralizing antibody coefficient NAB to create a periodic table of calibration curves of neutralizing antibody coefficients of a screening test strip specimen, so as to carry out the neutralizing antibody period measurement and determination of the specimen; and step five (600): ending the measurement.
