Abstract:

Provided are a neutralizing blocking agent for blocking infection of a cell by a virus, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The neutralizing blocking agent comprises a first functional area G and a second functional area S that specifically bind to a virus, and a third functional area Ng having a neutralizing group. Ng has a charge having an electrical property that is the same as that of a cell surface and/or a virus receptor protein and opposite to that of a fusion functional protein of the virus.
