Abstract:
A new bacillus subtilis strain and its use in preparing medicine for treating thrombosis are provided.Particularly, the use of fibrinolytic enzyme produced by bacillus subtilis in preparing medicine for treating thrombosis is provided.The present invention also discloses a method for producing said fibrinolytic enzyme(nattokinase).It is efficient and convenient to prepare nattokinase by using the new bacillus subtilis strain of the invention.
