Abstract:
A new continuous mixer structure. A mixer body (2) is mounted on an upper surface of a fixed support plate (11) of a chassis of the mixer, and the mixer body (2) comprises upper and lower mixer housings (22, 21). A lower hinge base (221) on a rear surface of the lower mixer housing (22) is hinged with an upper hinge base (211) of the upper mixer housing (21) by means of a pivot (23). A mixing chamber (24) is formed between the upper and lower mixer housings (21, 22). First and second movable rotors (251, 252) are embedded in the mixing chamber (24) and are driven by a rotor drive assembly (3). A receiving hopper (4) is mounted at a feed inlet (212) on a right end of the upper mixer housing (21), and an automatic feeding machine (2) is mounted on an upper end of the receiving hopper (4). A discharge valve is mounted at a discharge port (222) on a left end of the lower mixer housing (22), and a discharge control valve is driven by a discharge control cylinder (6). The mixer having the described design has the advantages of novel structural design, a high degree of automation, high production efficiency, continuous automatic feeding and convenient glue replacement.
