Abstract:
Disclosed is a new crystal form of compound 2-((5-cyclopropyl-3-(2,6-dichlorophenyl)isoxazole-4-yl)methoxy)-10H-spiro[benzo[6],7]oxazepine[3,2-b]pyridine-11,1'-cyclopropane]-7-formic acid. The new crystal form is crystal form J. Further disclosed are a pharmaceutical composition containing the crystal form J, and the use of the crystal form J or the pharmaceutical composition in the preparation of a drug for preventing, treating or relieving an FXR-mediated disease of a patient.
