Abstract:

A cutting pick, comprising a base body, a cutting tooth (1) arranged on the base body, and a conical annular wedge (2); the cutting tooth (1) is a polycrystalline diamond composite tooth which is composed of a polycrystalline diamond composite layer (12) and a carbide base (13); the cutting pick base body comprises: an upper base body part (4) and a lower base body part (5); the interior of the upper base body part (4) is a hollow structure, and the cutting tooth (1) and the conical annular wedge (2) are embedded in the hollow structure; conical holes (8) are disposed on the top of the upper base body part (4); conical holes (8) disposed on the carbide base (13) of the cutting tooth (1), the conical annular wedge (2) and the top of the upper base body part (4) are connected together by means of an interference fit. Said cutting pick avoids the influence of welding or hot pressing on the polycrystalline diamond cutting tooth, greatly improves impact resistance and wear resistance of the diamond composite tooth, and greatly prolongs the service life of the cutting pick.
