Abstract:
Provided are a daptomycin-producing Streptomyces griseus L340 strain and application thereof, the accession number of the strain being CGMCC 17921. The L340 strain has relatively stable genetic characteristics and fermentation units, and the culture and fermentation conditions thereof are suitable for industrial production of daptomycin. The strain also eliminates the pigment interference in the later separation and purification so as to realize a clean metabolism spectrum, such that the strain has advantages in the later separation and purification.
