Abstract:
Disclosed is a new deuterated cyano compound as represented by formula I, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, an isomer or a prodrug thereof. Further disclosed are a method for preparing the deuterated compound, and a composition and the use thereof. The compound is used as a 3CL protease inhibitor, and achieves better pharmacokinetic properties and therapeutic effects and has better druggability on the basis of equivalent virus inhibition activity.
