Abstract:
A new environmentally friendly stacking device with waste gas treatment. The device is provided with a stacking system, a deodorization system (4), a perfume spraying system (6), a control system and an electrical system (9), wherein the deodorization system (4) is provided with a micro and nano ion superconducting infrasonic purification apparatus, which degrades an organic waste gas using the superconducting infrasonic principle, subjects an organic gas to a chemical reaction in a fully physical form without adding any additive, can achieve degradation of sulfides and methane, as well as dust reduction, deodorization and sterilization in one go, has a comprehensive purification rate of 99.7% and causes no secondary pollution. According to the device, the stacking height in one go may be up to 15 metres, the stacking width may be up to 72 metres, the efficiency is improved by more than 200% compared with that of the original process, and the operating costs are saved on by more than 300%.
