Abstract:
A new glass seal wire as a sealing material has an peripheral iron layer instead of an peripheral copper layer on the traditional dumet core wire, and the weight ratio between iron and alloy in the whole glass seal wire is controlled, so that integrative expansion coefficient of this composite late-model glass seal wire is close to that of the soft glass, consequently attain low cost as well as improved seal effect.
