Abstract:
The use of 1-(3-fluorophenyl)-5-methyl-2(1H)-pyridone in manufacture of
a anti-tumor medicament is provided in the present invention, wherein the said
tumor is lung cancer, breast cancer, colon cancer, stomach cancer, liver cancer
and prostate cancer. According to the present invention, the effect of the said
compound is better than that of the pirfenidone in the prior arts.
