Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a new multi-mode flexible assembly line and a control method therefor. A design method in which assembly units are separated from conveying units is used in scheme layout, and a flexible assembly line in the shape of the Chinese character "非" and a control method therefor are invented. In the specific scheme layout, assembly units are located at positions of "horizontal strokes" of the Chinese character "非", conveying units are located at positions of "vertical strokes" of the Chinese character "非", turning units are located at intersection positions of the "horizontal strokes" and the "vertical strokes" of the Chinese character "非", and element loading and unloading units are located at end points of the "vertical strokes" of the Chinese character "非". By means of the scheme layout, the smooth conveying of logistics is not affected by an assembly operation; according to the differences in structural features and assembly processes of products to be assembled, the assembly line can be flexibly set to be a U-shaped line or an I-shaped line having different numbers of stations; the assembly line has multiple application modes and a corresponding control method is designed; and the assembly line is suitable for enterprises, which are characterized in customization, multiple varieties and small-batch orders, to product products having different varieties, different assembly processes and different beats.
