Abstract:
Disclosed are a use of a pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ), derivative and/or salt thereof in the preparation of drugs for the treatment and/or prevention of adenomyosis, ovarian chocolate cysts and deep infiltrating endometriosis and other types of endometriosis; and a use of antioxidants in the preparation of drugs for the inhibition endometrial stromal cell proliferation, oxidative stress state, migration and invasion, the antioxidants are selected from the following: N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC), resveratrol, epigallocatechin, epigallocatechin gallate vinegar, one or more of vitamin E or vitamin C; PQQ in combination with NAC have a significant synergy of inhibition cell proliferation: in vitro significantly inhibiting the proliferation of endometrial stromal cells, in vivo significantly reducing the size of endometriosis injuries, significantly reducing infiltration of endometrial stroma and glands, and significantly reducing the use dosage of NAC; PQQ contributes to fertility, and increases the chance of pregnancy; and PQQ or PQQ in combination with NAC as a drug, almost has no side effects and will not interfere with pregnancy.
