Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a new printing multi-ink-fountain gravure plate, comprising a base, wherein an ink cartridge is provided on an upper end face of the base, a first ink fountain is provided on one side of the ink cartridge, and a second ink fountain is provided on the other side of the ink cartridge; and support plates are provided on both the two sides of the base, a first electric motor is provided at a lower portion of the support plate on one side, a rotor shaft of the first electric motor is connected to a first printing gravure plate, a lower portion of the first printing gravure plate is inserted into the first ink fountain, a second printing gravure plate is provided on one side of the first printing gravure plate, a lower portion of the second printing gravure plate is inserted into the second ink fountain, and a printing electric eye is provided on the support plate on the other side. Light-colored transparent ink is injected into a first ink fountain, deep-colored ink is injected into a second ink fountain, and when a first printing gravure plate and a second printing gravure plate cooperate with an impressing roller to perform a printing operation, a printing electric eye positions a deep-colored pattern printed by the second printing gravure plate, so as to position a printing pattern of the first printing gravure plate.
