Abstract:
The present invention relates to a new process for aluminum wire drawing, comprising the following steps: step A: putting an aluminum material into a cleaning agent for cleaning for 20-40 min to remove rust and oxides on the surface of the aluminum material; step B: putting the aluminum material into a phosphate solution for soaking for 20-50 min; step C: cleaning the interior of a wire drawing mold box, and then subjecting the aluminum material to wire drawing in a wire drawing machine, wherein molds are matched according to equipment and the diameters of discharged wires, a round aluminum rod is wound around the surface of each drum wheel for feeding, and a wire drawing oil and a wire drawing liquid are introduced into the drum wheels for cooling and lubricating; and step D: putting the aluminum wire after wire drawing into a vacuum furnace for heating, subjecting same to annealing and then carrying out wire winding. An aqueous wire drawing liquid is used in a front section, and an oily wire drawing oil is used in a rear section, two cooling systems are completely independent and do not influence each other, such that the cost can be significantly reduced, fire hazards can be reduced, consistent surface quality of the various discharged aluminum wires can be ensured, and the same effect as that obtained by using wire drawing oil alone is achieved.
