Abstract:
Disclosed is a new three-linkage-type fully automated steel needle bending machine, comprising a rack (1). The rack (1) comprises an upper supporting platform (1-1), a lower supporting platform (1-3), a side plate (1-2) and four support columns (1-4). The rack (1) is connected to a die-clamping cylinder (3), a first bending cylinder (8) and a second bending cylinder (14), wherein a cylinder barrel of the die-clamping cylinder (3) is fixedly connected below the lower supporting platform (1-3); a piston rod of the die-clamping cylinder (3) is connected to a lifting block (4); the lower supporting platform (1-3) is fixedly connected to a lower die (6); an upper surface of the lower die (6) is provided with an ignition needle lower portion placement groove (7); an upper die (10) is arranged above the lower die (6); the upper die (10) is connected to a connecting rod (5); the connecting rod (5) is connected to the lifting block (4); a lower surface of the upper die (10) is provided with an ignition needle upper portion placement groove (11); a cylinder barrel of the first bending cylinder (8) is connected to the side plate (1-2); a piston rod of the first bending cylinder (8) is connected to a first punch (9); a cylinder barrel of the second bending cylinder (14) is connected above the upper supporting platform (1-1); and a piston rod of the second bending cylinder (14) is connected to a second punch (12). The bending machine can bend an ignition needle twice in one step.
