Abstract:
A new-type heat management device applied to a power assembly of an electric vehicle. The device comprises a flow distribution pipeline (10), a relay pipeline (20), a blocking mechanism (30) and an electromagnet (40). An outer flow channel (11) and an inner flow channel (12) are arranged in the flow distribution pipeline (10), the outer flow channel (11) surrounds the inner flow channel (12), and the outer flow channel (11) and the inner flow channel (12) are separated in a sealed manner; and the relay pipeline (20) is connected to and in communication with the flow distribution pipeline (10), the blocking mechanism (30) which can be magnetically attracted is arranged in the relay pipeline (20), electromagnets (40) are arranged at two opposite ends of the relay pipeline (20), the starting of the electromagnets (40) is used for controlling the blocking mechanism (30) to move in the relay pipeline (20), the blocking mechanism (30) moves in one direction and is used for independently blocking communication between the relay pipeline (20) and the outer flow channel (11), and the blocking mechanism (30) moves in the other direction to be used for individually blocking the communication between the relay pipeline (20) and the inner flow channel (12). When a waterflow flows in the outer flow channel (11), the heat dissipation effect of the waterflow can be improved, and when the waterflow flows in the inner flow channel (12), the heat preservation effect of the waterflow can be improved, such that the problem, in the prior art, whereby the working conditions inside a pipeline cannot be regulated and controlled in real time is practically solved.
